Exercise is really good for you.
Believe it or not, it’s not even the hassle of having to exert effort in doing cardio and having to sacrifice a bit of your binges and cravings. It’s something deeper than that. It’s not even about the abs or body (though they may be great effects) Let me tell you about one thing about exercise, its discipline.
Its one big pain in the butt (literally) you sweat it out and you breath harder and harder. In the end though, you feel fulfilled and much more happier. Having to say no to sweets or unhealthy food also gives you discipline. It trains your mind and gives you the ability to say NO. Once you say no to this, you can say no to anything you want!! It gives you strength and no im not talking about muscle, Im talking about perseverance. It gives you the motivation to continue doing your work out no matter how much it hurts.
You actually don’t strive for perfection but you strive for progress! Your body doesnt just transform, but you also become a better you.
